Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Order Tracking

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Xtravagant Xperience is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
